Actually seemed to help my hot flashes quickly but I have extra bad anxiety and am super sensitive to anything that adds energy even though I drink coffee. I felt a little nauseous first day and my heart was feeling like it was beating out of my chest. But I think if your not sensitive to caffeine would work well.
