Great if you’re not lactose intolerant! I have been taking Feosol since the early 2000’s after having a scare of needing a blood transfusion. I was told in my early twenties to take iron but they made me constipated and caused severe cramping. My cousin suggested these and I’ve been taking them ever since and it works great for providing iron however I am now allergic to dairy and have been wondering why my skin has been reacting so horribly for so long and when I don’t take them my skin is fine. Huh! It’s the pills. I never stopped to look at the “other” active ingredients which is thee first listed. Lactose. Wow. Now after all these years I have to find another iron supplement that is dairy free. I think they need to remove the milk ingredients from the pill.
