Great for anemics
Bought this for 28 dollars for 240 water soluble pills. I take 2 a day fot my severe anemia. With very cent, had my best day outside in months doing tasks. Quality source of iron.
This excellent source of iron also has the advantage of an unusual shape and dark color. Did not like them
