Absolutely never again
Three months in a row, I've been happy with tears thinking I'm pregnant, only to be disappointed because each First Response test have given me false positives. I've decided to stop wasting my money and getting my hopes up. For women like me, who are family planning this is extremely heartbreaking every single time.

Experiment...
I got many false positives from First response in recent years. I was always told by the company that I must have had a very early miscarriage. I got my fallopian tubes removed 3 months ago. I took a first response to test my theory that they are really providing false positives and what do you know!? FALSE POSITIVE!!!!

When I opened the packaging the light on the digital was already saying yes or no??? It kept flashing both answers before I even to the test.

False positives!
False positives on last two cycles. One cycle I thought was unlucky but two cycles in a row is definitely a manufacture fault. I've taken six First Response tests all together in the last two months and all have been positive whilst other brands have been negative - negative was correct. Gets your hopes up. It's cruel. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Awful false positives on dip sticks!
I bought the set that comes with the e.p.t.s and the dip tests.... 4 sets of them to be exact, bc I kept getting faint but clear positives on the dip tests. Awful experience, got my hopes up and wasted a lot of money.

do not recommend!!!
bought this test because it is supposed to be the most accurate. gave me a faint positive reading yesterday and i started freaking out because i'm not TTC. read up on reviews and saw that this brand has had many problems with indent lines so i took 3 different brands this morning as well as another FRER. ALL NEGATIVE !!! this brand needs to be taken off the shelves for all the emotional turmoil it is causing multiple people.

Don’t Buy!!!
Idk what happened to these tests but these used to be my favorite brand. The last two weeks, I have thought that I was pregnant because I kept getting faint (but definitely there) lines on these tests. I literally spent over $100 on these tests the last 2 weeks because I kept trying to figure out why the line wasn't getting darker over time. I was reading reviews online & I saw that a lot of women thought they were pregnant because these tests come with indent lines already on them when they're not in use. I saw that and immediately opened the last box that I had and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAD AN INDENT LINE ALREADY THERE. That explains why I kept getting positives without the line getting darker & let me tell you, I was so mad to see negatives on other brands. Here I am, thinking I am pregnant & planning the reveal to friends & family, but it turns out I am not pregnant.

Used to be my go to - now unreliable
I bought a box of two tests and did one. It was negative. At the same time, with the same sample, I used a cheap no name test, and it was positive. I was shocked because FRERs claim is to be the best on the market. I went on to use 3 more FRER and they were all negative while every other brand was positive. It was a complete waste of money. I will never buy or recommend this brand again.
