    I’m in love 🥰

    Periods have always been depressing for me. Cramps, mood swings, heavy flow , pads, tampons and Messy! Tried these disc and I don’t mind having my cycle now. No abrasive drying tampons, no messy friction pads!!! I’m in love with these disc! Thank you for making my life easier and assisting me in having a more loving 🥰 relationship with my body and my cycle.

    Changed my life

    I will never look at a box of tampons the same. These flex discs have changed my life. I don’t know why or what the science is behind it, but after I insert it, my cramps are relieved unlike a tampon when the chemicals are releasing in our body, I cramp so much worse. I’m giving praise to whoever invented this because thank you from a woman who has excruciating pain painful periods to now finally getting some relief.

    The Best!

    I seriously love this product so much, I recommend it to everyone! It is so nice not to worry about leaks during long hours at work. I went on a long hiking trip this past summer and this disc made it such a breeze. Keep up the good work!

    Terrible experience

    I have used menstrual cups before, but this was the first disc I tried. Within minutes it was leaking. I’m a busy mom of 2 under 2 and the first day I wore them on ended up bleeding through 3 times. I thought maybe I was moving too much and they’d be fine just for sleep but I was very wrong. I woke up COVERED in mess, and the disc was hanging out of me. No matter how many times I readjusted it or re-checked it, eventually it always slipped and I woke up at 3 am covered in mess as well as my sheets and leg pillow which led to both my newborn and my 2 year old waking up during the cleanup. May work really great for some but sadly that was not my experience and unfortunately we wasted our money.

    Great product with only minor issues

    Switching from tampons to Flex Discs has been a game changer. I'm a transgender man who primarily uses the men's bathroom when I'm in public. This made periods a very difficult time for me, especially on heavier days. Using Flex Discs has taken away a lot of the anxiety that comes with my period, as I don't have to worry about changing a tampon every 2-3 hours. Although it can get a little messy when putting one in, it takes care of itself for the rest of the day. I'm hypermobile, which means I tend to sleep in slightly odd positions. This has resulted in leaking. That's my only problem with them, really. Doing yoga and dance has also resulted in minor leaking due to the positions, but otherwise, these are amazing.

    I’m honestly surprised how easy it went in

    My weird anatomy can’t hold cups and this just went in like your average tampon I’ll definitely buy this again.

    Need different sizes!!

    I so badly wanted to love flex discs, but I just couldn’t. Flex discs only come in a single size and that size was just too big for me. No matter what I did, the disc was just too big and would always come out of place and leak. I also really don’t like that their insertion guide youtube video says that it’ll fit anyone of any size because no, it won’t. At first I was worried that it was just an issue of my own anatomy not being great for a menstrual disc, but I have since switched to using another brand with a smaller size and the disc works great.

    Still need pads

    Good luck sleeping with it, every time I have it a try I stained everything. You'll have to use pads still over night. They won't last without staining unless you have a light period.
