they work amazing! I get heartburn pretty often, and these tablets kick in fast and give me real relief. I like that they don't have a chalky texture like some other antacids, and the cherry flavor is actually pretty good. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with acid reflux or indigestion.
