Style: Very nice looking, sleek, easy to clean, I love that the bottom has a soft rubber coating so the glass doesn't break or scrape against the counter Price: A little expensive, I think you're paying more for the enjoyment of having a cohesive "matching kitchen set" more than anything. A reusable liquid soap dispenser can be bought anywhere second hand and be just as good. Usability: The spring in the pump hasn't failed me yet, the glass is thick and hasn't broken or chipped even though it has been dropped on it's side a few times. Unfortunately whatever type of glue used to affix the thin nozzle to the pump has worn off because the thin long cylindrical piece that the soap actually comes out of will sometimes pop out of place and then it's a hunt with my hand down the sink feeling around the garbage disposal blades to get it back. I plan to experiment with some gorilla glue made for metal-on-metal attachments to try repairing it. I don't want to throw something away if it's not completely unusable, especially if I paid a reasonable amount of money for it compared to alternatives. Rating: I give a 4 out of 5 for overall durability and usability, but took off one star because of the price and the weird way that the dispenser tube keeps popping out. To be fair it has been over 2 years of constantly (nearly daily) use so this is probably expected. If the goal of this company is to be as sustainable and low-waste as possible, the products naturally must be built to last under a lot of wear and tear to avoid being tossed out prematurely. Looks great, pumps well but leaks
Have used this for 2 years.. looks great, Like it a lot but over a year, it leaks. I have to clean off a puddle of soap under the bottle/silicone base every few days. Great sustainable bottle

Simple and Sleek
The glass bottle dispenser is so eye appealing at the kitchen sink as it ads a sleek look. The rubber padding is also a nice touch as it is glass and the kitchen sink can get water everywhere.
