It helps some
Excedrin head care replenish and focus is good for after having a headache specially if u get sick at your stomach with them . You can drink one of these mixed with 8- 12 fl. Oz of water. It helps soothe your stomach and hydrates you as well. There in little packages you could even pack in your pocket if wanted to have them on go. I had my mom tried as well to see if I was just having a taste of version, but she did not enjoy the overall flavor as well. The strawberry flavor though is refreshing and I did feel a bit more hydrated at the end of the day.
