This mousse worked well and it smelled awesome. I thought they had only changed the packaging but no. Now it stinks. I place it on my hand to distribute it on both my hands and then my hair but it dissipates. It dissolves and doesn't even make it to my hair. It doesn't smell great like it used to. The same for the hairspray. It has a different non appealing smell. It sprays with less force and doesn't hold my hair and curls in place like before. I had no other choice but to switch to another. I am still trying to find a hairspray equivalent to the previous version of the hairspray. The price also jumped up like the product is high quality which it's not. I hope you don't ruin the shampoo and conditioner I still like. I know you won't switch the mousse and hairspray back. New formula is horrible

Dissatisfied
I've been using this curl boosting mousse for over a year now, and I couldn't go a day without it, but now I'm disappointed. The mousse seems to have changed and now it leaves my hair dry, frizzy, and flat. Good product for curly hair.

mousse has changed, doesn't work anymore :(
This product doesn't work. I thought it was just me since I've used herbal essences mousse for many many years but after repeateldy seeing my hair limp and noticing that the mousse is flat, not fluffy like it used to be, I decided to look online if anything has changed... and indeed I see that it has... for the worse :( :( If anyone has any suggestions on another product that works better/like the old totally twisted used to, I would Love to find it.
