SoftFlex skin barrier: SoftFlex is a thin, highly flexible hydrocolloid skin barrier that gently adheres to skin. It is designed for more frequently removed pouches like closed one-piece pouches or when the skin is very fragile (e.g. elderly ostomates)
SoftFlex is mildly resistant to breakdown and is best used for low water content discharge (e.g. colostomies)
Integrated AF300 filter: The inside of the pouch filter is covered with a water and oil repellent membrane to protect the filter from stool (important because water and oil are both components of stool)
