Very Poor Quality
I purchased 3 of these. They are very tiny and came thrown loose in a box. One was scuffed and had the handle detached and loose inside the box. These look like something from a dollar store. Purchased item for helping in sleep and relaxation
THE OIL I HAVE NOT USED YET, THE HEADBAND SEEMS TO WORK WELL, BUT THE BIG PROBLEM IS WHEN i WENT TO PUT IN NEW BATTERIES THE SOUND DID NOT WORK, ALSO THE OTHER DEPARTMENY i WAS UNABLE TO OPEN IT TO CHANGE OR CHECK THE BATTERYIES.Reply from homedics.comHace 3 añosWe are sorry to hear this. To change the batteries, use a coin to loosen the screw. Remove the battery compartment door and remove the old batteries. Install new batteries following the diagram inside the battery compartment door. Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw to secure.
