I have been taking these for about a month, & I have been having MAJOR thigh & ankle cramps nightly. Usually use tsp of mustard which works, but Hyland's are tasteless & I have had NO cramps in a month. I take 1 or 2 tabs under my tongue before bed. They work fast to relieve a cramp.
I've been using these for years.
