Must have for yard work

May get burns
Use this product many times and no issue but tonight my boyfriend on the back of his neck and received really bad burns and redness for many hours. EXTREME BURING - HORRIBLE PRODUCT
My neck has been extremely sore. I had mentioned this to a friend and they gave me this product. It's hour 3 of excruciating burning sensation. I've tried cold compress soap and water olive oil and nothing works. I'm going to try and hold out going to ER but I don't know how much more I can take. Do not use this product.
