Sooo beautiful!
I am so happy with this highlighter. The packaging is super cute and the product itself has great color payoff. I've also used it as a topper to eyeshadow and it's beautiful for that use as well. NOT YOUR TYPICAL HIGHLIGHTER
I bought this thinking it was a "nice pearly white highlighter". NOPE. That would be like calling a an aircraft carrier a "personal floatation device". First off, it's amazingly shiny. Think high beam headlight shiny. Then it color shifts between a cool pink and icy blue depending on the angle. Second, it's pretty much waterproof until you remove it with cleansing balm or soap. Third, it is fluorescent and turns bright flamingo pink under black light! I am not sure if you'd want it for every day wear, but if you are a performer, a cosplayer, or a party person this is the bomb. I had seen it so many times and waited to long to order, but when I did I regretted not ordering sooner😭 I love it so much and its so pretty. Its very smooth and lasts a while.
