I love these bars. I've had gastric sleeve surgery, so they are the perfect sized snack. Also, I have diabetes and they do not have a significant effect on my blood sugar, yet they satisfy my sweet tooth. Delicious -- and I love the mini size
The mini bars are my favorites. They're just enough for a small snack, rather than a meal replacement.
