I am so grateful to have discovered this product. I had an injury to my right knee that resulted in sharp pain with every step. The support of the entire knee greatly reduced the pain, which is fading away now. Nothing is more frustrating to me than having limited mobility. The tape helps me to keep on moving. I have very advanced osteo arthritis in both knees, though remarkably little pain. I have been using KT
I have been using KT tape for years. My Physical Therapist showed me how to apply to my lower back before playing golf. Two strips just above the waist. The muscle pain I would get after a round was gone. Yes I work out, but the added strips of KT, gave me the support and confidence for many enjoyable rounds of golf. Thank you.
