BEST PRODUCT!!!
I couldnt walk the 5-7 miles we do per day in Florida without this tape on my feet and shins for support. Its really the best! KT Tape is a boon
KT Tape is a boon for daily use or during athletic endeavor. I use the tape over my knee caps (patellas) for support as I study Tai Chi Sword, because one is required to constantly move on bent knees.
