We would like to clarify how Feria shade 11.21 works. This product is a permanent hair color and does not contain any bleach. It is specifically formulated to lift and lighten naturally uncolored, dark hair. When a high-lift permanent color is applied over hair that has already been previously colored or pre-lightened, it can interact unexpectedly with the existing artificial color pigments, which can lead to dark or unintended results. To lighten hair that has already been color-treated or pre-lightened further, a bleaching product is necessary. It’s a really pretty color and fades nicely. But it fades decently quick and doesn’t have much dye in the bottle. The ammonia smell isn’t too bad. Bad quality

Great color
I’ve dyed my hair this color for a long time. It’s pretty and I like it! It does a decent job covering the gray hair. I put extra on the grays. It starts washing out after about two weeks. I ALSO like the color after a good amount washes out! People comment on how good my “highlights” look. I don’t like to spend a lot for color at the salon. I don’t like how long it takes or the overpowering smell. For those reasons, I prefer doing it myself. AWFUL.
Absolutely awful did nothing to my hair. Does not work. Do not buy this product. Waste of money. Followed all the directions for it to do absolutely NOTHING to my hair.
