R37 no more blowout burgundy, this was the perfect shade. So sad it's been discontinued. It looked natural, I got a ton of compliments on it. This has been my signature color for 6+ years. In effective product

Run it's runny!

Hair turned reddish purple
I used shade 45 French Roast, which is described as bronzed brown, hoping to cover a few grays in my straight, dark brown hair. Unfortunately, my hair developed a cool-toned red-purple-brown shade that looks completely and embarrassingly unnatural. My hair is now flat toned with no shine after using this product.
