Purchased the extra intense liquid eyeliner pencil. It WAS great until I realized you can't turn it to get more but you have to sharpen it. I used a make sharpener that I have and it broke. For what the product cost I was very frustrated and upset. It Was a great product for only a few uses but once you need more you can't use it.Reply from lorealparisusa.comHace 6 mesesHello there. Might have been good if I could sharpen.

L'orealSharpener doesn't work on L'Oreal products
This sharpener made by L'Oreal does not sharpen L'Oreal infallible pro lash longwear pencil, it shreds the pencil tip and basically eats it.Reply from L'Oreal Paris1 year agoHello JBeannie! We are so sadden to hear that our Infallible Eye Makeup Pencil Sharpener did not meet your expectations. For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. Terrible
I have this sharpener and love the Infallible Pro-Last pencil but cannot sharpen it properly with the Loreal sharpener.Reply from L'Oreal Paris1 year agoHi There.
