Causing eye damage and hair loss.
I have used this brand for years and now I have to find another brand. I used to have very beautiful lashes. I would get compliments on the length of my lashes. This mascara destroyed my lashes. It causes my lashes to fall out, it flakes the first hour you have it on, and the formula causes my eyes to burn, and I have blurry vision. The mascara lasts about 1 week and then starts to clump up terribly. It gives me terrible eye irritation and this all started with the "improved" formula. Look at reviews online and NOBODY likes the new formula. If the goal was to change a formula and then ignore that it is causing terrible issues for people, then you hit your goal. This is NOT something I would ever consider buying again after trying several times to get a good older formula, I give up. I am currently looking for a replacement brand. Thanks for screwing up the best mascara that was ever on the market and for not even caring that it is causing people to lose their lashes. Read the reviews and actually DO SOMETHING about it. If you invested so much in a product and you have to let it run it's course, then you really do not care about the end consumer. You already have the feedback you need, and you are just sitting on that information. If they have a class action lawsuit against you, I will be the first to join since I have proof of it damaging my eyes and causing irritation. I am so irriatated with your company for not listening. Eye lashes falling out
Ive been using this mascara for YEARS. What has happened, rumor says its been reformulated and if my eyes say anything it is not the same. My eye lashes started falling out and my eyes lids got puffy. I can no longer wear this and have to find another-what a sad day.Reply from lorealparisusa.com1 day agoHello Mar57. ! eyelashes falling
I have been using this mascara for years. I tried all mascaras and have sworn by this one. I have introduced this mascara to so many people. Lately I have noticed that the mascara is making my eyelash fall. I am unable to remove it and it flakes into my eyes. I don't understand why you would change the formula. I will no longer be purchasing this product. It's very sad because now i have to look for another brand. Hate it now so much
I've been using this mascara forever. I hate the new formula. It made sores on my eyelids and it flakes off and burns my eyes. Hard to remove too. Bad Product
Not impressed. I've used L'Oreal Voluminous mascara for years. I unwittingly bought Hydrofuge by mistake and it's awful. Poor quality mascara
The changes L'Oréal made to the washable mascara has made the product awful. It does not wash off and flakes into my eyes during the night. Terrible color
