Should call these "Fresh-Savers" as popping one of these in your mouth instantly freshens you breath. The minty flavor is not too powerful and almost a little sweet. The individually wrapped pieces allow you to quickly tops some in your pocket on the way out the door for a long day. I bring these with me to choir and all meetings regardless of how recently I have brushed my teeth.
