Not the same
Where are the noodles? I used to love this soup but now I feel like I have to add my own noodles to make it worth eating. So disappointed.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptonkitchens.com - L.K.Reviewed 3 months ago
Yucky New Flavor
As a longtime Lipton Noodle Soup consumer, the new flavor is not awesome. The broth is different and the noodles have a slimy texture. I won't be buying this anymore.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptonkitchens.com - CorinReviewed 3 months ago
Change in taste, texture and broth.
I eat a Lipton Soup every single morning. I buy 72 boxes at a time. About 5 months ago I noticed a change and thought that maybe I just got a bad batch. But this was not the case. Whatever has been done has destroyed the soup. That great taste that I crave is gone. The water evaporates a lot quicker. And it leaves a nasty film on the pot and bowl. Just to think that the film must almost build the same way inside of me. Unfortunately I will have to eat the ones I have remaining but after these I am done. You have lost a lifelong daily customer. Im 54 and eat one daily, sometimes 2. Horrible decision and not to go back once you started getting complaints is insane. I guess its not all about the customer. Almost forgot to mention, the broth clumps up together creating nasty salt tasting clumps. Just really bad all around.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptonkitchens.com - rangerslouReviewed 4 months ago

Tastes awful, not as it used to be.
It seems the recipe has changed again. I just returned from a 9 month deployment and this now tastes worse than when they switched to bigger noodles a while back. I boxes i have that have this issue are labeled best by jan1527 muk 09:22 L10 51022Reply from liptonkitchens.com1 month agoHi Spencer, thank you for sharing your feedback. New recipe? EW!
I have been eating lipton chicken noodle soup for 25 years. I have been making my soup for 15 years. It's something I ate on a daily basis. Recently something has changed for the worse. I prepare it the same way with the same amount of water. For some reason the last few months the soup has a nasty thick and slimy texture to the broth. It's slimy enough that I have to stop eating it after 3 bites. It use to be watery and nice like a cup of chicken broth on a cold sick day now it's cloudy and nasty. I have kept buying it just in case it's just the few boxes I bought that month. No it's been like this the past few months and it sucks because this is my everyday meal. I buy multiple boxes a month and now I have to stop. I'm not sure what was changed but my childhood every day favorite makes me want to puke. Really is sad. Please change what ever back.Reply from liptonkitchens.com1 month agoWe're truly sorry to hear that the product texture was thick. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Big disappointment
I will never buy again. It doesn’t taste at all like it did when I was a kid. It tastes fake.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on liptonkitchens.com - Former Lipton soup loverReviewed 4 months ago
Sad and disgusted
I grew up with my mother, making Lipton noodle soup for me when I was sick or when it was cold. I always did the same for my own kids. I just opened a box made a pot of soup and it’s gross. This isn’t chicken soup it tastes fishy. It doesn’t look the same. It doesn’t smell the same and it absolutely does not taste the same. I am so highly disappointed that you have changed the recipe most likely to save a buck sometimes greed is not a good thing and this is one of those times unfortunately Lipton soup will no longer be my go to. I will have to find another soup.Reply from liptonkitchens.com1 month agoHi, we’re sorry to hear how disappointed you were regarding Lipton Soup Noodle, especially given the special memories associated with this soup.
