Love it product issues

Very thin liner breaks

Must have!!!

A Lipliner

Lip Liner Issue
I love the color of this lip liner, but every time I use it, small pieces break off. I apply my lipstick prior to the liner, so it's not like I'm dragging it over dry lips.
