I expected more cinnamon flavor and more of a cookie texture. It sticks to the roof of my mouth. Fiber Thins
I purchased Metamucil fiber thins for extra help with a constipation problem I've had most of my life...They are NO help at all for me...more of a snack than anything...I do better taking dulcolax and miralax until I'm good...6 months agoWe strive to impress you with relief from constipation with Metamucil, Mollie, so we're surprised and sorry to learn that this hasn't been your experience so far with our Fiber Thins. Our products go through extensive testing to try to ensure optimal results and your satisfaction, so this isn't something we'd expect to hear. We're here to help and we would like to share that it's important that the Fiber Thins are eaten with at least a full glass of liquid (at least 8 oz). Otherwise, for help with constipation we recommend trying Metamucil Clear Fiber Blend Powder, as it promotes regularity & helps relieve occasional constipation with Fibersol. While we hope this helps, if you have used Metamucil correctly for 7 days and it's not relieved your constipation or other symptoms, we recommend you visit your doctor to find out the cause of your intestinal irregularity.
