I don't know if it's just the one I got that was faulty, but the lipstick was so soft. It was hard to apply it precisely and definitely can't apply it quickly with this formula. Didn't feel like a balm or a lipstick when applying or after it settled on the lips. Feels great, color swatches differently in person
