These Elderberry & Vitamin C & Zinc gummies have a pretty good texture and taste, but they are just entirely too sour for me to chew 2. They irritate my throat a little so I chew one and save the other for much later. I haven't finished a bottle yet and don't feel any different, but that surely doesn't mean they aren't doing the job.
