When I tell you It's been less than a month that I have been taking these and I've seen a very drastic change in my hair and nails I am not kidding!! My nails have never lasted this long ever before and they grew very quickly since I started taking these. My hair had also been cut very short and had been stuck for a couple of months in the same length until I began these, now I'm beginning to see it grow again and even see a couple of curls coming back. Jellybeans
I like jellybeans. This was a great idea for hair, skin and nails care. My hair feels fuller. I have arthritis so can't tell about the brittle nails yet. That'll take a few weeks to tell a difference. My skin feels more hydrated and I drink my water. I like the extra biotin.
