GARLIC IS GOOD FOR YOU
I've been taking Garlic pills for years now since garlic lowers your cholesterol. I love the Nature's Bounty brand as well. This would be the better way for your intake of garlic rather than eating it raw. You can have garlic cooked in your food but I think you would lose some of it's effect. And taking it in pill form won't have you emanating a garlic smell from your body.
