Beautiful hair but breakouts

No vitamin taste
I have been taking these for about two months now and honestly, I really don't see a difference in anything. My hair is not growing any faster and still falling out my nails always grow so I can't really tell if that's working. I'll continue to take them but not sure what results I'm supposed to actually seeon a good note. Hair, skin & Nails gummies
I've been using these gummies for a few weeks now and I can definitely see a difference in the strength of my nails and the overall health of my hair. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and makes it easy to remember to take them daily. I also like that they include 2,500 mcg of biotin along with vitamins C & E. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the gummies are a bit sugary, and I wish there was a lower-sugar option. Did not see significant improvement
