These are super yummy and have a good texture so it isn't obvious it's a vitamin. They aren't super expensive they are reasonably priced too which is nice. Works for me
I have just started using these a couple months ago and my nails are so brittle. The older I get the softer my nail beds are and the dryer my hair is. These seem to be working decently so far.
