Ok
I tried these vitamins and I thought they were ok. I always look at the carbs the vitamins have since they are gummies and have sugar. All in all they are good.

A need that tastes good
I have to have these because I have very low Vitamin D and the taste is again pleasant. The packaging is great and the value I get for my money is wonderful. The ingredients make for the low Vitamin D to up itself along with a prescription of Vitamin D3.
