Smells bad now!
This last bag of chicken and sweet potato smells so bad! I've never got a bag that smells this strong n gross.. hope my dog doesn't get sick…

Sewage Smell?
I recently purchased this in hopes that it would help with my dogs skin allergies. He just started the food this morning and the first thing I noticed was the very strong sewage smell coming from the bag. My dog gobbled it up and seems happy but I'm wondering if the smell is normal or if I should be concerned. The last thing I want is my baby getting sick!

Reviewed 4 weeks agoGF Chic & Pump Now Smells SO BAD
We have used the grain free chicken and pumpkin for many years. Over the past several months we notice it has a very pungent odor similar to bad cheese.I have to add other foods to get my dogs to eat it, now. Sadly, this will be our last purchase as, we keep the dog food in our kitchen and it smells every time we open our dog food container. Plus, like every thing else, the price went up substantially. Since everything is expensive, we will seek out a quality dog food that doesn't smell. I know it's been said there's no recipe changes, so perhaps it's the quality of the ingredients that has changed or how it's being stored? We will switch back if things change.

My pup has had digestive issues her whole life. This is one of the only brands i can find that have pumpkin locally to us. She would get backed up on other foods. This is the only food she can eat!

Smelly
We have been using this for four year and have absolutely loved it; however, they seemed to have reformulated things around the time I noticed a change in logo. Last month we noticed a difference. This last batch smells of rotten chicken and the aroma of death seeps though or seal tight container. My dog has great teeth and never really had bad breath. She now smells like this food. It reminds mw of that song smelly cat, smelly cat, what are they feeding you? I'm beyond disappointed and just happy it hasn't made her sick like other dogs.

This year this recipe did undergo a update to the packaging and label but there was no recipe change. The last reformulation of this product happened in 2021. I have been buying my dog this dog food since a puppy and he loves it! I have tried the grain free chicken and grain free salmon. I love how I can give my dog quality dog food.

For the last three years this was our dog food of choice. Getting our guy as a rescue we never had pets before. He LOVED the food. Until recently. The food has a HORRIBLE ODOR!! It hasn't been one bag, it has been THREE!! The last bag we had (the large bag) was completely rotten and made the whole house sick. Not sure what has changed but sadly we are on the market for a new brand!!

Reviewed 3 months agoLoved it before, but this last batch? STINKY
When I first poured the dog food into the storage container, I thought it had an odd smell. Now every time I feed my dogs it "slaps" me in the face! At first I thought there was a rotting potato in the pantry. Nope. Just the dog food. Yuk! (PS Dogs are fine...)
