It's effective without harsh chemicals and preservatives. I have used Umcka for 14 years at the first sign of a cold or flu. By following directions, I haven't suffered from sinus infections, bad colds and flu for that many years. I actually keep a reserve at home to make sure I never run out. Best syrup ever

Best!
We have tested positive for covid 19 and this help with all of our body achs, coughs, head achs, fever! My kidneys are weak n this doesn't make it worst like tylenol or ibuprofen and the list goes on.
