First, it has two strains of probiotic that help both the small and large intestine. Also, it's a gel cap designed to survive your stomach acid. What a relief

My main reason for using these is cause I can't eat the foods that normally support good gut health. Good Supplement for those who suffer from dairy

I was taking constipation pills but they did not work nearly as good as these. I love not feeling bloated anymore. It took a few days of taking them for them to go into effect but once they did they worked amazing. I was digesting things more normal so I was not getting backed up.
