It doesn't fit normal sized arms you have to be a child. It doesn't provide compression on the shoulder because it doesn't actually wrap around the arm only a little at the bicep. Great Shoulder Support

This product provides stability and support for my shoulder. I have less pain when I wear it. It is compatible with hot and cold therapy discs. It does not restrict movement. One size doesn't fit all

Good for over worked shoulder
