Perfect Shad of Off White

This would be so nice if the tool used to make the smokey look was a different shape. This would be my ideal eyeliner if it didn’t smear
Always looking for the ultimate black eyeliner and I love this product. It lines great but it smears across my eyelids EVERY day at work and it's so embarrassing.
