Magnificent
I love it because it helps my skin stay sweat-free and that's why I also use it all over my face. I love this product at almost 60 years old and after wearing makeup almost all my life, this is the perfect product for my skin. Ultimate Shadow & Liner Primer - POOR
Sadly, the Ultimate Shadow & Liner Primer fails on all accounts. The applicator doesn't spread over the lid evenly, the formula stings my skin, and the neutral color is NOT pale enough for a lighter skinned European American, which affects the shadow color. Not a bad eye primer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't wear eye primer because it makes my eyes greasy, but I'm impressed with this one. I just put a small amount on my eye lid and blended it in.
