Roll on a generous amount of Oilogic Stuffy Nose & Cough Essential Oil Blend to the back of the neck, chest, and bottom of feet. Then breathe deeply. Re-apply as necessary. Safely formulated and diluted for 6 months+. Please follow as instructed on the product label.
