These Sleep gummies taste good with no aftertaste, yet I'd prefer they didn't contain glucose sugar. For me, they work some nights but not everytime I take them, which isn't every night. Using Olly Sleep is nice gets you to sleep as long as you take it as stated meaning you still need to lay down and prepare for sleep. Sleep like a well trained baby
