The packaging destroyed my nail.
I could not be more unhappy with this product, and it is because of the DREADFUL packaging. I did not have to use this product to make my nails look nice today. I made the horrid mistake of trying to open this product, and not just returning it without trying. I actually broke my nail all the way to the quick trying to open this. It’s going to take WEEKS for this nail to grow back. My manicure will be trashed until then. I have no plans to ever buy this product again. Other companies know better than to do this with a nail file.it took using a mini flathead screwdriver to cut around the file to get it out. That’s how incredibly difficult this was. But the difficulty didn’t stop there. Once I got the file out, I now had the obstacle of freeing it from totally unforgiving shrink wrap. I had to damage the file with the same screwdriver to get an opening. This product had potential to be a good one.
