Painful and Useless
Save the $10 and just rip your hair out yourself. If it does manage to shave any hairs, they will be stuck in the dull blades forever. Never Worked
I bought this today, took it out of the box and put batteries in it and it wouldn't even turn on. We tried multiple batteries we tried changing the way. The batteries were put in and made sure multiple times that they were correctly inserted into the battery compartment. I tried holding the button down and still nothing. So far, I really like this product. It works well and leaves my legs nice and smooth. I like that you can use it wet and dry. It doesn't nick your skin like a regular razor.
