Move Over Abreva
I can't explain how incredible this product is. I get cold sores a few times a year in which Abreva + Vaseline are my typical go-tos. My cold sores will last 8-10 days. I recently had a cold sore and bought Orajel's Cold Sore treatment and by day 3 my cold sore was already scabbing! I did wear a face mask starting on day 2 to hide it but was comfortable taking it off by day 5. The numbing sensation will take some adjusting but well worth it over discomfort! It's been 7 days and there's almost no sign of a sore! No product has ever worked as fast as this. Decent product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this isn't my favorite cold sore treatment, this did a good job in preventing cracking. I found I had to apply it quite frequently though. I don't think it reduced the duration of the cold sore. Great product!

I apply as soon as possible after 2 days, I started to notice it was drying up and less painful.
