Fast Relief
I had a cracked tooth with the nerve exposed. It felt like someone had driven an ice pick from my tooth into my brain. I couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, couldn't function. The instant I took it I had amazing relief from the stabbing pain in my head. I would so recommend this to anybody who is. Used this for pain associated with my impacted wisdom tooth flaring up. It worked for maybe thirty minutes and then I was woken up with how much pain I was in. Oragel has helped me a lot over the years dealing with my flareups. This was a serious let down. Infected tooth

Most Effective Product
I bought this with a horrible pain in my mouth hoping for relief. I have been buying store brand and saw this product and went for it. The minute i put it on i felt instant relief for hours. Didnt work for me

Works fast!!
I have a broken tooth that I am not able to get pulled right awsy. I was having severe pain, but this Orajel Severe PM worked very quickly and just saved me a trip to the Emergency Room.
