I LOVED the prior threader 30 single Pro-Health! I have ordered it and it's being replaced with the new one… Why?? Why?? The new one HURTS the gums, irritates it and makes you bleed! And you are prone to infections. She single ones where gentle on your gums as they have the material folded at the tip, the new one stabs your gums. Is there a way to get some of the old design? HORRIBLE change to a great product.
The old threaders were great. The new ones are horrible! VERY cheap feeling, floss is thin, cheap thread, not floss like the previous version. And it's very expensive. DOES NOT WORK as well as the previous threader!
Horrible! This "new" product does not work as the previous one. It is much thicker, shreds, and does not work for those of us with teeth that are closely spaced. After use, I have had to find another product to remove pieces of floss stuck between my teeth. Worst product ever! Go back to original design!
The new threader floss is the worst product ever! The threader is so thin it bends when trying to insert it between my teeth. If you do manage to get it under the bridge the floss shreds to pieces and gets caught. I have used the original product every day for decades. I will never spend another penny on this worthless junk that was probably designed by someone who has never used it. Why would you change it? I am beyond upset! Bring back this floss! The replacement is inferior
The floss pictured is great. I love the 30 single use packets and the floss doesn't shred. New Version is Terrible
I can't get the old version in stores anymore and thought I found it on Amazon so ordered 3 of them. I was sent 3 new versions which I am returning. I've used the old version for years and loved it. The new version is terrible. The string separates and frays. When it breaks it gets stuck between my teeth. Now looking for another brand that is compatible. Wrong item was shipped - Twice!

The redesign ruined the floss
I have been using the Glide Threader Floss for years and loved it. It was a perfect design. The redesigned floss is terrible! It gets caught in my teeth and does not work well. I'm so disappointed in the way they ruined this product.0 users found this review helpful.
