Awful Razor.
This razor cut me the first time using where my old razor never did. My wife also has not had a great experience with this because it pulled her hair more than trimming

Clean shave
Awesome! Leaves a clean shave, and for coarse hair it leaves the same shave as a razor, but without cuts and bumps.

Proprietary Charging Cable
Philips needs to ditch the proprietary charger and simply use USB-C for ALL products. Products should use USB-C to USB-C cables just like on the Philips Sonicare One toothbrush.

I was apprehensive about purchasing this due to the mixed reviews because I've been looking for an alternative to my razor, but something that was easy, yet wouldn't cut/pinch me. I used it for the first time & THIS electric razor is THAT girl. She is there for you. She is gentle. The little skin protector piece is amazing. I was cautious at first when using it, to test it out. Then I genuinely tried to see if it would nick me-I did not pull my skin taut, I just went back & forth with the double side, & NOTHING. AMAZING. Even tried it blindly for the parts you can't see, & again-AMAZING. It's a close shave without all of the razor burn etc. This is my new favorite tool. If you're considering purchasing, HIGHLY recommend.

inefficient and tugs
idk if it’s because the blade isn’t sharp enough, the motor isn’t strong enough, or my hairs were just super coarse/long but i found that using this for my pubic area was actually kind of painful at times. i used the body comb attachment after not having a trim for a while and it took longer than i would hope and it tugged my hairs multiple times. i had to keep going over and over the same areas. maybe u’ll like this if u have finer hairs or need something that does the bare minimum job in a pinch but i’m going back to a groomer i used for years before this one. wish i could return it or get my money back

Works great, very quiet to use.
