Prevagen Professional Strength has been a very noticeable improvement over the extra strength. It is twice as strong and has very noticeably increased my memory. Find he strength that work for you and use it regularly. I have use Prevagen memory capsules in the past and they appear to help with my short-term memory. However, the price for these capsules are relatively high, but I was able to purchase them at a 30% discount from CVS.
