Been using Prosacea for months
Honestly, this stuff just works. Years of redness and bumps finally gone after a few days of using it as recommended. I've seen a lot of people complain about the tightening sensation on your skin. Frankly, I think if you look up how the product works, the tightening makes sense and should be perfectly expected. It re-constricts the overactive blood vessels responsoble for the redness. So, yeah, when it first goes to work, it's gonna feel like your cheeks are tightening a bit. It won't always be like that. Once it's under control and you're only using the product for maintenance, that sensation isn't noticeable. And the primary active ingredient is Sulphur, so expect a bit of a smell, but the scent really isn't potent. I highly recommend it, and I continue to use it myself. Works for me.
There are different types of rosacea and this helps my face alot. Better than expensive creams from my derm. I apply a thin amount at night and then lightly moisturize to avoid skin becoming too dry. Didn't work for my sister though, what worked for her was a tea tree oil cream. My mom uses an ivermection generic paste and that works for her. Everyone is different so don't give up trying different products to see what works for you. I've read some rosacea is caused by excess mites/scabies on the skin.
