Great Product
Compared to cheaper brands, this unit is worth the money. Multiple channels and speeds. I had a small issue with mine, but their support team helped me with replacing the unit at no cost. Great company. Great Product. Great service.

Does what it's supposed to do
I found it kind of hard to put together and the directions confusing. I ended up having my physical therapist put it together for me. I also had great difficulty opening up the battery cover and my physical therapist also had to do this for me. Please improve these two functions. Otherwise, this is a great unit that does its job well.

Great features from a compact unit
My wife bought these a couple years ago when she injured her back. She didn't like the way they felt as she was afraid of the electrical charge. I have arthritis in my back and I have use these when she would not. I use them every morning when I get up and throughout the day when my back gets stiff due to arthritis! I use different settings with my back and neck and other body parts! I highly recommend these but they are not for everyone, give it a try what do you have to lose!
