Do Not Recommend
The audio quality is poor. Also, there isn't an on/off button, you have to push through the sleep timer. Which is not convenient, especially since you have to hold on to the device because it moves when pressing the buttons. I bought this as a gift for my Mom. When we got it, we tested all the sounds. I didn't care for it. There's now way I could have used it, but she said it was fine. She's used it for several months now. She recently slept with a noisy fan going. When she couldn't take that anymore, and switched back to this sound machine, it was not a relief like it should have been. Clear sound!
I really like the WAVE Premium sound machine. The sound is very clear and being able to set the length of run time is a plus. It gets the job done!

Great for blocking out road noise
I have several of these Wave sound machines. Our guest room is at the front of the house, and the road noise can be a bit much. Guests have really enjoyed having one of these when they sleep at night. I often take one with me when I am traveling. Excellent Device for Falling Asleep
We purchased this sound machine a couple of weeks ago after researching several similar products and are very happy with our choice. My husband snores, and while it does not drown out the snoring completely, the sounds mask the noise sufficiently to allow me to fall asleep. The six sounds are very soothing, and the device is small enough to fit onto my nightstand. It has three different timer options but we usually just leave it on all night as we like the sounds so much.
