In the past, I bought the Q-tip brand, knowing that the sticks are not going to bend when I use them. Not the case anymore. The sticks are flimsy and completely unuseful to me. Poor quality
I always buy the name brand tips because they are good. The last box I bought are awful. They are not strong like they used to be. They are small, the cotton falls off and they bend easy. Disappointed in your Product
I just recently purchased a new box of Q-tips. I still had some in the box from a previous purchase. The new box of Q-tips are visibly smaller than the old ones. I spent more money on less of the product even the cotton stick is thinner. Why is that, people are struggling & you're giving the consumer less for their money , that's not right but I guess that doesn't concern you. I would appreciate a refund . Disappointed in their recent product
I am a long user of Q-tips and their products. Recently, after purchasing a new box and using them. The quality is not the same. The cotton portion does not have enough cotton and their base bends so easily. Photo of old version Q-tips vs new version. You can clearly see the difference and this company is starting their shrinkflation process. Not as sturdy

Flimsy
I've bought Qtip brand over the cheaper because the sticks didn't bend. A pet peeve of mine. So I've been really disappointed in the last two boxes of Q-tips I've bought, because the sticks are flimsy and bend when I'm cleaning my ears. Why change it???!!!???
